Amazon to test drone deliveries at Belgian DronePort campus

A consortium of companies, institutions and start-ups plan to develop and test drone-related technologies at the DronePort campus getting built near Sint Truiden in Belgium, at the former military airport of Brustem. The consortium includes Amazon, who will be testing deliveries via drone, and Proximus, Retail.be reported. Belgian air traffic controller Belgocontrol and the port of Antwerp are also involved.
