Amazon Web Services acquires CloudEndure

Israeli business continuity software provider CloudEndure announced that it has been acquired by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Globes reported. It became an AWS Advanced Technology Partner in 2016. CloudEndure said its acquisition expands its ability to provide migration, back-up and disaster recovery. Amazon is paying about USD 250 million for CloudEndure, sources said.
