The Instinct MI100 accelerator sports 120 compute units, 7680 stream processors, up to 11.5 teraflops FP64, up to 46.3 teraflops FP32, up to 46.1 teraflops FP32 Matrix and up to 167.6 teraflops Int4/Int8. It features new AMD CDNA architecture FP64 and FP32 performance for HPC workloads, a new matrix core technology for HPC and AI, second generation AMD Infinity Fabric Technology, 32GB High-bandwidth HBM2 memory at a clock rate of 1.2 GHz with 1.23 TBps of memory bandwidth and support for the latest PCIe Gen 4.0 technology support for up to 64 GBps peak theoretical transport data bandwidth
