Amdocs boosts digital strategy with three acquisitions

Customer experience systems provider Amdocs has closed the acquisition of three privately owned companies – Vindicia, Brite:Bill and Pontis. The acquisitions are part of the company's digital strategy. Vindicia is a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription management and payment solutions. Pontis is a provider of contextual digital engagement solutions. Brite:Bill delivers technology and services to turn invoices into a personalised, digital, interactive billing experience.

The three similarly priced companies were acquired for a combined amount of around USD 260 million in cash. They are expected to contribute 1.5- 2 percent to total company revenue for the full fiscal year 2017.
