Sunrise chooses Amdocs for call centre software

Sunrise has selected Amdocs to provide new customer management software for its call centre operations. Under the Amdcos CMS, call centre operatives will work on a screen with a single interface that unifies different business lines. The new system aims to simplify workflows, shorten call resolution times and offer more consistent quality of customer service, according to a statement from Amdocs. Sunrise has been working with Amdocs' since 2002.
