Amdocs wins mobile payments platform upgrade contract from Strex consortium in Norway

Amdocs has announced that the Strex consortium owned Norwegian mobile operators Telenor, Telia and Ice have chosen it to extend and upgrade Strex's existing mobile payments platform. Strex provides mobile payment services for anyone with a mobile subscription registered in Norway. Amdocs will implement its microservices-based mobile payments platform at Strex, operated on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
