America Movil proposes dividend payout, share buyback

America Movil announced that its board proposed that a cash dividend of MXN 0.32 per share be paid out to shareholders and MXN 3 billion be allocated to its buyback programme for the April 2017 to April 2018 period. The buyback programme currently has a balance of MXN 2.16 billion, said the company. The proposal will be discussed at next month's annual ordinary shareholders meeting.
