America Movil shareholders back MXN 3 bln share buybacks

America Movil announced that its shareholders approved the board's proposal to allocate MXN 3 billion to its share buyback programme between April 2019 and April 2020 after approving the same amount for the previous 12 month period. Shareholders also approved a proposal to pay a cash dividend of MXN 0.35 per share, payable in two instalments.
