America Movil still dominating Mexican public contracts - report

Mexico's America Movil remains by far the country's leading telecommunications provider for the government, accounting for 45 percent of ICT contracts in terms of value, according to a report by AMIPCI. Rivals Televisa and Axtel followed with 23 percent and 16 percent of federal government contracts respectively, with AT&T (12%), Grupo Salinas (2%) and Microsoft (2%) rounding out the top five.
