America Movil violates IFT's dominance measures - Telefonica

Telefonica claims Telmex and Telcel (both subsidiaries of America Movil) are violating the measures imposed by Mexican telecoms regulator IFT to reduce America Movil's market power. Consequently, Telefonica is urging the regulator to penalize Telmex and Telcel.
