Amis, Tusmobil found in breach of net neutrality

Tuesday 24 February 2015 | 10:44 CET | News
Slovenia's Agency for Communications Networks and Services (Akos) has found telecommunications providers Amis and Tusmobil in breach of net neutrality regulations due to unequal treatment of data traffic offered to their users. Amis did not count data for visiting its website and downloading content from it, nor access to the email box and Amis MobiaTV services. Tusmobil did not charge for access to its portal Tuskabin and downloading content from the site. This follows a recent similar ruling against Telekom Slovenije and Si.mobil for unequal treatment of data traffic.
