ANT1 seen as preferred bidder to acquire Forthnet - report

The Antenna group is the preferred bidder to acquire Greek operator Forthnet, people familiar with the matter told Kathimerini. The owner of the leading TV channel ANT1 is favoured over the consortium of Vodafone and Wind Hellas by Forthnet's creditor banks managing the sale and the government, the report said.
