Apple appeals court decision on sales ban in Germany

Apple has appealed the decision of the German regional court in Munich to ban the sale of certain iPhones models due to infringement of Qualcomm's power-saving patents, a court spokeswoman said on 4 January, Wiwo.de reports. Qualcomm announced earlier that it has posted EUR 1.34 billion in bonds in order to enforce the court order against sales of Apple devices in the country.
