Apple gets new chance for court sales ban against Samsung

A US federal appeals court gave Apple a fresh chance to argue Samsung Electronics should be barred from selling phones and tablets that a jury said infringed on patents held by Apple, the Wall Street Journal reports. The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled unanimously that US District Judge Lucy Koh, in San Jose, California, made errors last year when she denied Apple's request for a court injunction against 26 Samsung products. The court said parts of Koh's ruling against Apple were correct, but it said the judge should spend more time considering evidence offered by Apple to
