Apple in talks for National Football League's Sunday Ticket package - report

Apple has held talks with NFL executives about the streaming rights for a package of National Football League games the NFL is currently auctioning, the Information reported, citing sources close to the matter. Other companies are also in discussions for the rights, including TV networks and other tech firms. The rights cover the Sunday Ticket package, which currently airs on DirecTV.
