Apple registers mobile payment service in Switzerland

Apple is set to enter the Swiss mobile payments market after registering Apple Pay with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (Swissreg), finews.ch reports. This will provide a third player in the Swiss mobile payments market after Paymit and Twint. Apple Pay has been registered since end-February.
