Apple Stores expand recycling

Apple has announced increased efforts to reduce its environmental footprint, to mark Earth Day. The company will now accept all Apple products for free recycling at its retail outlets. The guarantee covers all products offered in the Apple Stores. Previously it only accepted the most recent products for recycling. The company said it will also hold special recycling events when products from other companies will be accepted. Apple also highlighted its efforts to improve energy efficiency in its products and noted that all its data centres run on renewable energy. In addition, it is reducing
