Apple to buy digital magazine subscription service Texture

Apple has announced an agreement to acquire monthly magazine subscription service Texture from Next Issue Media for an undisclosed sum. The USD 10 a month service gives users unlimited access to digital versions of over 200 popular magazines including Vanity Fair, Vogue, Rolling Stone, Forbes and Entertainment Weekly. Texture has become the leading multi-title subscription service since its launch in 2010 and its application was chosen by the App Store editorial team for the annual Best Of selections in 2016.
