Apple wants to open tech centre in Hyderabad

Apple is planning a technology development centre outside the US in India's Hyderabad with an investment of USD 25 million and about 4,500 people, the Economic Times. Apple's centre will occupy 250,000 square feet in Tishman Speyer's WaveRock facility in the city's IT corridor and is set to start in the latter half of this year. Apple has confirmed the plans. Apple is still waiting for some approvals.
