Arcadiz names Warreyn as new CEO after founder steps aside

The Benelux telecom services provider Arcadiz has named Kris Warreyn its new CEO, taking over from founder Jos Vermeylen who led the company for 22 years. Vermeylen will retain a seat on the board and is still the largest shareholder.
