Arcep consults on Free, Virgin, Lycamobile termination rates

French telecommunication regulator Arcep has launched public consultation beginning a market analysis process for wholesale mobile voice termination for Free Mobile, LycaMobile and Virgin Mobile France parent company Omea Telecom in metropolitan France. All three will be entering the wholesale mobile voice call termination market by early 2012, the first as a carrier with a comprehensive 3G network roaming deal with Orange and the other two as full MVNOs on the Bouygues Telecom and SFR networks, respectively.
