Arcep gives carriers three weeks submit new sharing pacts

Thursday 26 May 2016 | 10:23 CET | News
French telecom regulator Arcep has given Orange France and Free Mobile until 15 June to submit a revised draft roaming agreement. The decision also applies to a RAN sharing and roaming agreement between Bouygues Telecom and SFR. Arcep will assess the changes made in light of its new guidelines and on its preliminary analysis of these agreements published in January. The new guidelines set out an analytical framework for assessing network sharing agreements in relation to regulatory objectives.
