Arcep launches consultation on barriers to open internet on end-user devices

French regulator Arcep is seeking stakeholders' views on a consultation document exploring how end-user devices and their operating systems can impact the right to access a neutral internet for consumers. The document summarises the main messages that have emerged from a series of meetings and workshops, held across October and November to discuss the topic with industry players and consumer associations.
