Arcep launches public consultation on Orange fibre rules

As announced on 11 July, Arcep said it was satisfied by Orange's proposals to ease access by rivals to its FTTH network but plans to reinforce so-called asymmetric rules requiring Orange to open its civil engineering infrastructure.
