Arcep partners with French start-up Qosi on crowdsourcing of QoS measures

French start-up Qosi has been the first to respond to the initiative promoted by French regulator Arcep to use crowdsourcing for measuring the quality of service experienced by end-users. From mid-2018, Qosi's application Qosbee will incorporate Arcep's mobile coverage information, made available in open data format with the launch of an improved mapping tool (https://monreseaumobile.fr) back in September 2017.
