Arcep publishes first quarterly rural coverage report

French telecom regulator Arcep has published its first quarterly observatory monitoring mobile operators' deployments of 2G, 3G and 4G networks in sparsely populated areas. The observatory will provide a status report on a series of obligations to which operators are subject. The data are based on operators' statements, which Arcep will verify through field testing.
