Arcep publishes overview of open internet in France

Telecom regulator Arcep has opened a new wave of reporting with the publication of the "State of the internet in France", its first overview on how well the open internet principles are working in the country. Alongside net neutrality, the document covers several topics that the regulator has already identified in its roadmap, including the transition to IPv6, an improved evaluation of QoS measures and the openness of end-user devices, which was the focus of an analysis published on 29 May. Linked to these areas of work, Arcep has also provided an overview of the data interconnection market,
