Arcep recommends measures to bring down barriers to open internet on end-user devices

French regulator Arcep released an in-depth report on how end-user devices and their operating systems impact the right to access a neutral internet for consumers. The report recommends a number of measures to remedy the restrictions identified by the regulator in its market analysis, which was informed by the consultation process and workshops undertaken during the course of 2017.
