Arcep sides with Bouygues in dispute with SFR over wholesale fibre price increases

Thursday 19 November 2020 | 13:21 CET | News
France's telecom authority Arcep has ruled in favour of Bouygues Telecom in a dispute between the operator and SFR FTTH, which was triggered by wholesale price increases enforced by the Altice France subsidiary earlier this year. Bouygues Telecom took the decision to resolve the matter through mediation in late January. SFR FTTH also faces a similar dispute over its wholesale price rises from Iliad's Free, with Arcep confirming to the French press that this separate mediation procedure is underway.
