Arcep workshops to examine barriers to open internet on end-user devices

French regulator Arcep has put together a new team, headed by Jennifer Siroteau, which will be dedicated to researching how end-user devices and their operating systems can impact the right to access a neutral internet for consumers. Three workshops will take place across October and November to discuss the topic with industry players and consumer associations.
