Argentina's Perfil awarded two DTT channels

The founders of Argentinian publisher Perfil, Alberto and Jorge Fontevecchia, have been awarded two DTT licences on channels 36.2 (HD) and 27.2 (SD), reports local daily La Nacion, citing a government decree. Argentina's National Communications Agency (Enacom) awarded the 10-year licences for the "installation, operation and exploitation of a digital broadcast television service", with Perfil now free to launch the channels Perfil TV and Caras Teve in the Buenos Aires area. Perfil's previous attempts to obtain DTT licences had been rejected by the administration of former president Cristina
