Aria raises USD 40 mln in new funding

Cloud-based recurring revenue management provider, Aria Systems has announced it has raised USD 40 million in its fourth round of funding. The round was led by Bain Capital Ventures and includes existing investors Hummer Winblad Venture Parnters, InterWest Partners, Tugboat Ventures and Venrock as well as VMware, bringing total funds raised to date to USD 83 million. Aria provides a multi-service commerce hub in the cloud for recurring revenue management. The company plans to use this new round of funding to further invest in advancing its cloud offering for recurring revenue and to expand
