Arianespace puts 36 more OneWeb LEO satellites into space

Arianespace said it has successfully deployed OneWeb constellation satellites on Flight ST30, the 55th Soyuz mission carried out by Arianespace and its Starsem affiliate. The flight, which went off from Russia's Vostochny Cosmodrome, orbited 36 new OneWeb satellites, bringing the total size of the fleet in space to 146. The initial six left from French Guiana in February 2019, followed by 68 in February and March 2020 launched with Starsem from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, and then 36 from the Vostochny Cosmodrome during December 2020. Arianespace will perform 14 more Soyuz launches through 2021
