Arm introduces cloud platform to test IoT software ahead of chip launches

Arm announced at its annual developers summit new tools for building IoT products based on its platforms. The Arm Total Solutions for IoT will allow developers to work on software in the cloud, without the need for physical silicon, helping to accelerate the time to market for new products.
