ARMY TELECOMMUNICATION TO COMPETE WITH MONOPOLY
Army Telecommunication, which operates as part of the Vietnamese Ministry of Defence, has been given the go-ahead to compete with the Directorate General of Post & Telecommunication, state-owned telecoms operator, which currently enjoys a monopoly position in Vietnam.
