Arqiva hires banks to consider GBP 6 billion float - report

Tuesday 8 August 2017 | 10:32 CET | News
UK communications infrastructure and media services company Arqiva has appointed four banks to prepare a London stock market listing, Sky News has learnt. It is understood to have hired Barclays, JP Morgan, HSBC and Goldman Sachs to prepare the listing, which could value the company at up to GBP 6 billion. Arqiva shareholders are also talking with various infrastructure companies which have expressed interest in the company. This dual-tack process is at an early stage and could lead to a sale or float of the company.
