Arqiva parents open bids - report

Infrastructure funds and mobile mast owners have been invited to express their interest in Arqiva, owned by a consortium that includes Australian investment bank Macquarie and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, the Telegraph reported, citing sources in the City. The consortium is reportedly looking to sell the company for GBP 5-6 billion. Rothschild will be conducting the auction.
