Arqiva sells indoor networks business to WIG for undisclosed sum

UK communications infrastructure group Arqiva has agreed to sell its In-Building Solutions business to Edinburgh-based Wireless Infrastructure Group (WIG) for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition covers 42 networks across the UK and increases WIG's Indoor Networks business by around one third.
