Belgian MVNE Artilium has acquired Dutch MVNO *bliep for EUR 190,000. The transaction will include EUR 140,000 paid in cash and the balance of EUR 50,000 satisfied by the issue of 585,000 new shares at 6.1 pence per share. The cash payment for *bliep will be funded out of Artilium's existing cash resources. The Belgian company is also planning to issue a convertible loan note for a cash amount of EUR 200,000, to an existing shareholder, repayable in full in January 2016 at a rate of 8 percent, or convertible to new shares.
