Ateme enters exclusive talks to acquire video software specialist Anevia

Friday 31 July 2020 | 13:20 CET | News
France-based broadcast equipment company Ateme is negotiating the acquisition of a 87 percent stake in Anevia, a provider of OTT and IPTV software products. The boards of directors of both parties support the operation, which will be presented to employee representative bodies. The proposed deal would set Anevia's enterprise value at EUR 19 million (1.2x times its revenues). The merger would create a major player in video broadcasting infrastructure, said the company, with revenues of more than EUR 80 million (pro forma 2019).
