Atos announces executive management changes

Atos’ chairman and CEO Thierry Breton presented a number of changes to his executive team at the group’s annual general management meeting, mainly regarding internal movements of senior executives. As an external appointment, Robert Vassoyan has joined the company from Cisco as SEVP (Senior Executive Vice-President), combining the role of group chief commercial officer.

As new group CCO, Vassoyan replaces Patrick Adiba, who in turn moves to the position of SEVP and CEO of Atos’ North America operations, previously held by Michel-Alain Proch. In addition to IT & Security, Proch has now responsibility for Group Quality and is also appointed Group Chief Digital Officer, in charge of the group’s internal digital transformation.

Ursula Morgenstern has been named CEO of Atos Germany, replacing Winfried Holz who is due to retire later this year. Her current role as Executive Vice President (EVP) and head of Business & Platform Solutions (B&PS) is taken by Sean Narayanan.

Giuseppe di Franco moves from head of Atos in Italy to replace Hanns-Thomas Kopf as EVP, CEO Central & Eastern Europe. Kopf will take other responsibilities in the group.

Eric Grall, who has been in charge of Group Operations and the Top programme since April 2017, is promoted to Senior Executive Vice-President (SEVP) alongside Group CFO Elie Girard.
