Atos Worldline acquires Quality Equipment

French IT services group Atos has acquired Dutch electronic payments specialist Quality Equipment, which mainly works in the catering, vending and parking sectors. The acquisition, whose financial value was not disclosed, follows a 15-year partnership between the two companies. Quality Equipment produces systems for payment, ID, access management and is a supplier of PIN terminals for various applications. It employs 70 people and increased its revenues by 20 percent in 2011. Quality Equipment will be integrated into the Atos Worldline high-tech transactional services and electronic payment
