Australia telecom customer complaints decline, problem solving time increases by 49% in two years

Australian telecommunications operators have received just over one million complaints in the 2020/21 financial year, according to a report from the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). The report also found that the average time taken for operators to resolve customer complaints was 12.2 days.
