Australian watchdog measures 'very low' electromagnetic energy levels at small cell mobile sites

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) reports that its new measurements show that levels of electromagnetic energy (EME) at small cell sites across the country are very low. At the beginning of this year, the ACMA measured 59 small cell sites across the country. The results show that, for all sites measured, the EME levels in publicly accessible areas are less than 1 percent of the Australian Standard exposure limit for the general public.
