Austria ranks first in use of eGovernment in DACH region

Almost half of Germans use eGovernment services (48%), an 8 percent increase compared to the previous year, but significantly below Austria (70%) and Switzerland (58%), according to the eGovernment Monitor 2019 published by the association Iniative D21 and Fortiss. Germany ranks 24th in an EU comparison, far below the EU average
