Austrian companies ill-prepared for data protection rules

Austrian companies are lagging behind in data protection, reports Der Standard. According to a survey by Ernst & Young among 30 Austrian companies, many companies recognise the need to take data protection measures, but lack the financial resources and staff for implementation.
