Austrian court orders ISPs to block Movie4k, kinox websites

The Administrative Court in Vienna has ordered Austrian operators A1, 3 Austria, Tele2 Austria and UPC Austria to block access to the websites of illegal content providers Movie4k and kinox, according to the Austrian federation against piracy (VAP). The operators can choose their own method for blocking the websites, but the court expects DNS as well as IP blockades to be used. VAP filed a lawsuit against the operators in August of this year after the companies ignored letters of formal notice.
