Austrian government has no problem with Huawei

The Austrian Ministry of Infrastructure sees no need to take any serious action against Huawei, reports Der Standard. The German government is considering excluding Chinese network supplier Huawei from setting up a 5G network in Germany, Handelsblatt reported. The newspaper cited security concerns and pressure from the US as the reason. In Austria, one sees no "need to take such serious measures". It is assumed that "the company adheres to the applicable laws, in particular in the area of ​​data security and data protection".
