Austrian MVNO Spusu goes to court over German market entry

Austrian MVNO Spusu has filed a suit against the European Commission over the merger of Telefonica and E-Plus in the German market, a condition of which was to allow MVNOs access to Telefonica's network, reports Die Presse. Spusu wants to enter the German market, but complains that Telefonica does not want to let it in.
