Austrian regulator consults on draft decision on vectoring

Austrian regulator RTR is proposing a framework for broadband network construction. The Telecommunications Control Commission (TKK) has put a draft decision out for national consultation until 17 March. The draft decision focuses on vectoring, a technology which will allows A1 Telekom Austria to offer higher speeds on the copper network to customers in areas not covered by the fibre-optic network.
